Hands down the best experience buying AND selling our home we could have imagined thanks to Derrick. We got an offer 8 DAYS after listing and closed right at a month!!!! How many people can say that?! There were some hiccups on the other end of deals of course, that’s show business, but Derrick handled them in the best interest of us every single time and constantly looked out for us. As soon as he knew something, we got a call immediately. We truly could not have done this process and kept our sanity without Derrick and his team. 10/10 recommend him if you want to sell your home quickly and have someone always on your side.
